How do I create an account?
Click the 'Register' button on the homepage, fill in your details including name, email, and password, verify your email address, and you're ready to start exploring tournaments and earning rewards.
Is Tourney24 free to use?
Yes, Tourney24 is completely free for players. You can browse tournaments, register for events, track your performance, and redeem rewards without any charges. Organizers have different pricing plans based on their needs.
Which sports are supported?
We support a wide range of sports including Cricket, Football, Badminton, Tennis, Basketball, Table Tennis, Volleyball, and many more. New sports are added regularly based on community demand.
Tournaments
How do I register for a tournament?
Browse available tournaments on our platform, select the one you're interested in, click 'Register', choose your event category (singles, doubles, or team), complete the payment if required, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my tournament registration?
Yes, you can cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the tournament starts for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as per the organizer's policy.
How are fixtures and schedules determined?
Fixtures are generated automatically based on the tournament format (knockout, league, or group stage). Organizers can also manually adjust schedules. You'll be notified of your match timings via email and in-app notifications.
What happens if a match is postponed?
If a match is postponed due to weather or other reasons, you'll be notified immediately. The organizer will reschedule the match and update the tournament bracket accordingly.
Rewards
How do I earn reward points?
You earn points by participating in tournaments, winning matches, completing your profile, referring friends, and engaging with the platform. The more active you are, the more points you accumulate.
What can I redeem with my points?
Points can be redeemed for sports equipment, tournament entry fees, merchandise, gift vouchers, training sessions, and exclusive experiences. Check our Rewards page for the full catalog.
Do points expire?
Points remain valid for 12 months from the date of earning. Make sure to redeem them before expiry. You'll receive reminders when your points are about to expire.
How long does reward delivery take?
Physical rewards are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Digital rewards like vouchers and entry fee waivers are credited instantly to your account.

How do I become a tournament organizer?
Register as an organizer on our platform, complete your organization profile, submit verification documents, and once approved, you can start creating and managing tournaments.
What are the fees for organizers?
We charge a small platform fee (10%) on successful registrations. There are no upfront costs - you only pay when players register for your tournaments. Check our Pricing page for detailed plans.
How do I receive payments from registrations?
Payments are processed and transferred to your registered bank account within 7 business days after the tournament concludes. You can track all transactions in your organizer dashboard.
Can I customize the tournament format?
Yes, you have full control over tournament formats, rules, prize pools, registration fees, age categories, and more. Our flexible system supports knockout, league, group stages, and custom formats.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email, and you'll receive a password reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours.
